Jannell Collision Center in Weymouth is exceptional! Although Ron and his team did not repair our vehicle (it was totaled by our insurance carrier) his assistance and informative approach to what can be an intimidating process was first rate. From arranging for and taking delivery early on a Monday morning, to walking use through his outstanding body shop, to explaining his approach to auto repair to fielding unlimited questions (even after hours) as well as walking us through the initial appraisel and the supplement process JCC and Ron we first class. I have no doubt the finish work word have been perfect!! Like the other cars being completed. I would recommend JCC to everyone... any make of car.

My experience at Jannell Collision Ctr was excellent! Manager, John A. was great to deal with and he will give you a honest answer in regards to the work that needs to be done on your car. He was straighforward with me on both time and price and the finished repair was accurate on both, and he did not throw any curve balls during the process. His team did a great job on the repair, my car looks as good as new. Jannell Collision Ctr even cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car before I picked it up.

Jannell Ford takes customer service to a whole new level. I recently went in to have some warranty work done on my wife's Lincoln and I was impressed from start to finish. Everybody was beyond friendly and professional. They fixed my vehicle and even did a free safety check which found a few other issues that were fully covered under my extended warranty. When the truck couldn't be finished same day because of a needed part, they arranged for a rental and had it waiting for me when I arrived. I am in the customer service business and appreciate quality service. Quality and happy employees make for quality customer experiences and all the Jannell employees I spoke to genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs.

Over the last year, my husband and I have had several body repairs done on new vehicles. They are perfectionists, taking pride in their workmanship which is unsurpassed. First door panel and rear bumper scrape damage to a 2014 Ford Focus. The latest was to a brand new 2015 Ford Mustang. Two repairs were needed - scrape damage to the body and replacement of the driver side mirror. They perfectly matched the paint, which had to be special ordered because it was new with this model year. They made it look brand new again. You might think that this exceptional service comes at a high price - but they are actually competitively priced. We bought our new Ford cars from Jannell in Hanover and naturally used their body shop, but they work on any make and model. We highly recommend them to everyone we know. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
